a) Assemble Lift Handle(3) to Lift Link(14).
b) Install hex bolts (38) as shown. Add
washer (32) and install handle in middle
hole. NOTE: It may be necessary to put
downward pressure on the Lower Pivot
assembly (10) to line up the holes.
Step 3

a) Install the Flat Grip (43) to the Lift
Handle (3).
b) Install the Tow Tubes (2) to the
Upper Frame Assembly (35).

c) Complete the assembly by adding
the spring, washer and locknut.
