Perko 0927000CHR Mounting Instructions

This mortise lock set is designed to be mounted on doors 1 inch to 1-3/8 inches thick. Beveled bolt is reversible.
1). Cut out templates below.
2). Tape template 1 on edge of door at desired height. Fold over edge.
3). Tape template 2 on side of door. Line up center lines. Mark cut-outs for mortised lock, faceplate and holes.
4). Cut out door and drill holes as indicated.
5). Insert lock and fasten.
6). Fasten escutcheons as shown. Insert lever handle with stem. Screw knob on stem and tighten set screw.
7). Mount strike on door frame.
NOTE: FOR CONTINUED EASE OF OPERATION, PERIODICALLY APPLY A LOCK CYLINDER LUBRICANT
