When oil is added, use SAE 10W non-detergent motor oil.
3.5.3 Urethane Driver Pad
The urethane driver pad has a wear indicator stripe. This colored material is V-
shaped. On a new driver pad, the stripe is 1/4-inch wide. As the top surface of the
pad wears, the width of the stripe narrows. If the pad wears to the point that the
stripe disappears, the driver pad should be replaced.
