5. Convection cooking
(A) The digital programmer circuit operates the power relay 5, 6 and 7, by
control signals that are at the specific timing as shown in the figure.
(B) When the oven temperature reaches the predetermained temperature,
the digital programmer circuit stops supplying power to relay 7 resulting
in the convection heater turning off.
(C) When
the oven temperature drops below the predetermained
temperature, the digital programmer circuit supplys power to relay 7
resulting in the convection heater turning on.
NOTE
After the convection process, if the oven temperature is higher
than the predetermained temperature, the fan motor rotates for
4 minutes 15 seconds to cool the electric compnents and oven.
