When batteries become weak, unit will activate with one (1) long beep and flash. If unit is in open position, it will activate motor to close unit. By pressing any button, an error message will appear until batteries are replaced.
The Model 3000 works on relative time programming (versus real-time programming like a clock).
Establishing a new schedule establishes it from NOW. (i.e. Start Time will be x hours from now).
Press RESET, unit will beep and flash three (3) times. This will reset and erase previous programming.
Cycle 1 (Required)
1 Hr. Increments up to 12 hrs.
(Press Once to Initialize)
15 Min. Increments up to 4 hours
1 Day Increments up to 3 Days
0 = today only
1 = every day
2 = every other day
3 = every third day
Cycle 2 (Optional)
30 Min. Increments up to 4 Hrs.
(Press Once to Follow Cycle 1)
15 Min. Increments up to 4 hours
1 Day Increments up to 3 Days
0 = today only
1 = every day
2 = every other day
3 = every third day
NOTE: An error message is one (1) long beep and flash.
For two watering cycles per day, immediately program Cycle 2 in the right column using the instructions above.
NOTE: Cycle 2 Start Time increment is 30 minutes instead of 1 hour for up to 4 hours.
Press TIMER-ON/OFF to disable Daily Watering Schedule. Unit will beep and flash two (2) times. Press VALVEOPEN/CLOSE to operate valve. Unit will beep and flash two (2) times.
When finished, press TIMER-ON/OFF to return to Daily Watering Schedule. Unit will beep and flash two (2) times.
Please complete the warranty card. Using scissors cut out the completed warranty card and mail it, along with a photocopy of the sales receipt to:
