Overview

The Acoustasonic 40 amplifier offers portable amplification for acoustic-electric guitar and microphone. It's a simple, flexible "grab and go" 40-watt amp ideal for a variety of musical performance and basic public address applications, and it can also be used as an onstage monitor when combined with a PA system.

  1. INPUT: Combination instrument/microphone inputs for channels one and two.
  2. VOLUME: Volume level controls for channels one and two.
  3. BASS: Low-frequency tone controls for channels one and two.
  4. MIDDLE: Mid-frequency tone controls for channels one and two.
  5. TREBLE: High-frequency tone controls for channels one and two.
  6. REVERB: Reverb level controls for channels one and two.
  7. AUX/PHONES: 1/8" auxiliary input above for use with external devices (use external device's volume control to adjust its volume level); 1/8" headphone output below for both channels automatically mutes speaker output.
  8. POWER INDICATOR: Illuminates when the Acoustasonic 40 is on.
  9. POWER SWITCH: Turns the Acoustasonic 40 on and off.
  10. IEC POWER INLET: On the rear panel, attach the included power cord here. Connect to a grounded outlet in accordance with the input power voltage and frequency specified just below the power inlet.
  11. BALANCED LINE OUT: On the rear panel, this XLR output sends a balanced signal to external recording and sound reinforcement equipment.
