    3. Product Information 3.1 Overview Functions Hoymiles HMS-500W series microinverters are single-phase units designed for module-level operation. They convert DC power generated by PV modules into AC power, and feed the electricity into the power grid. Harnessing the power of two independent MPPT technologies, the HMS-500W series microinverters maximize energy yield while ensuring system reliability.

    To enable remote access, you need to connect the microinverter to the S-Miles cloud platform using a rout- er. You can log in to your Hoymiles account on the S-Miles Installer app or S-Miles Cloud Platform, create an online account, and add the microinverter by scanning its SN code.

    Notice: Each microinverter has been initially set with a unique AP password, which is printed on a non-removable label affixed to the right side of the microinverter’s silver-colored cover. Upon receiving the microinverter, Hoymiles recommends you modify the initial AP password following the provided steps.
