4 Storage
The food transport boxes must be stacked correctly and stored in dry, clean rooms (see
page 13). When the food transport box is moved from a cold storage room to a kitchen, the
moisture contained in the room condenses on the surface of the food transport box. The
moisture film creates the risk of a short circuit or electric shock when the food transport
box is connected. Only operate the food transport box when it has reached room
temperature. Please ONLY stack 5 food transport boxes on top of each other at the most.
