HOW DO I CLEAN THE SPOON?
Tobacco is very persistent and sticks to the internal parts of the machine. To make
prefectly filled cigarettes, it is very important that you clean the machine regularly.
Tobacco residues can stick in
the outermost corner of the
spoon, preventing tobacco
from being pushed up to the
filter of the cigarette tube.

The spoon will now stay in
this position and can be
cleaned using the cleaning
accessories or a damp cloth.

SAFETY NOTIFICATION

Switch off the machine when cleaning internal parts.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Tobacco is not filled to the end of the cigarette filter? A: The tobacco may be
too moist. Make sure you use volume tobacco with a moisture level below 12% Rh.

Open the tobacco hopper lid
and remove all tobacco from
the hopper and loading
chamber. Close the tobacco
lid and press START.

Tobacco can also stick to the
tobacco cutting knife and to
the inside of the spoon nozzle
and this must also be cleaned.

Wait until HOPPER appears.
Press START again and wait
for the spoon to come out.
When the spoon is fully out,
quickly press START for the
second time.
The machine is now clean
and can be used again.
