Check impedance of network resistor
, serial resistor and CMF(Filter) during
HDMI1 : RB3600,RB3601,RB3604,RB3605
HDMI2 : RB3602,RB3603,RB3606,RB3607
,R3622,R3623
[NG] Impedance ≠ 0Ω
Network resistor/serial
resistor/ CMF broken
Replace Network resistor/
serial resistor/CMF & Re-verify
[OK] Picture recovered
[OK] Impedance ≈ 0Ω
AC OFF
[NG] No picture
END
Check TMDS GPIO Line Short to Ground
HDMI1: Pin1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10 & 12 at CN3601
HDMI2: Pin1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10 & 12 at CN3600
[NG] short Circuit / Low impedance
Internal Main SoC (IC5000) broken
[OK] Picture recovered
Replace B-board & re-verify
Escalate this issue to
Authorized Service Centre (ASC)
Checking condition:
- TV ON & HDMI Source ON except if the flow mentioned is AC OFF.
- TV HDMI input connected to HDMI source output
- TV Input: HDMI
during AC OFF
