For a Sony XR-65X95K that will not turn on, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Confirm the symptom with the customer.
2. Select the symptom "Shutdown. Power LED blinking red" or "No power" from the troubleshooting chart.
3. Bring all boards and cables listed for that symptom.
4. Follow the troubleshooting charts in the technical guides to isolate the defective board.
5. Check the STDWN_OFFON_CNT and STDWN_OFFON_CNT_MAIN_POWER values:
- If both are less than or equal to their retry limits, you can try turning the TV on using the remote or power key.
- If the error occurs again, STDWN_OFFON_CNT is incremented.
6. If the main microcontroller operates normally for 60 minutes, the counters reset automatically.
