    1. Sicherheit 1.1. Dokumentation Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung ist Teil des Produktes und enthält alle Informationen zur mechani- schen Montage, zum elektrischen Anschluss sowie zu Betrieb und Wartung des Gerätes. Die Betriebsan- leitung muss während der Lebensdauer des Gerätes dem jeweiligen Benutzer stets in einem leserlichen Zustand zugänglich sein.

    1.4. Klassifizierung von Sicherheitshinweisen Gefahren werden in Anlehnung an ISO 3864-2 und ANSI Z535.6 in dieser Dokumentation wie folgt klas- sifiziert: Gefahr!   • Page 8 Gefahr! Der Anschluss einer vorhandenen pneumatischen Sitzfederung DC 24 V 10 A (optional) erfolgt im Schaltschrank an den gekennzeichneten Klemmen. Elektrische Komponenten, sofern vorhanden, wurden nach den Vorgaben des Betreibers in die Schaltschrank auf Klemmen oder Steckern/Buchsen verdrahtet. Beachten Sie bei dem elektrischen Anschluss grundsätzlich die internen Vorschriften und Sicherheitsbe- stimmungen.

    Hinweis Der Steuerstand ist mit einem Not-Halt-Taster ausgestattet, um Personenschäden oder Schäden am Steuerstand zu vermeiden. Betätigen Sie den Not-Halt-Taster bei Unregelmäßigkeiten oder Funktionsstörungen. 2. Beschreibung Abbildung 1.     4. Montage Gefahr! Alle Arbeiten am Gerät dürfen nur von Fachpersonal und unter Berücksichtigung der ein- schlägigen Sicherheitsvorschriften durchgeführt werden. Beachten Sie grundsätzlich die Sicherheitshinweise in Kapitel 1. „Sicherheit“, Seite 5. 4.1. Mechanische Montage Gefahr! Transportieren Sie den Steuerstand mit einem geeigneten Hebewerkzeug. Gefahr! Der Steuerstand darf nur auf einer geeigneten Unterkonstruktion montiert werden.

Der Dreh- und Schwenkbereich des Steuerstandes darf nicht blockiert werden.

Der Dreh- und Schwenkbereich des Steuerstandes darf nicht blockiert werden.

    4.2. Elektrischer Anschluss Achtung! Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Leitungen ordnungsgemäß ohne Knicke und Scheuerstellen verlegt sind. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Leitungsmarkierer nicht entfernt werden bzw. markieren Sie neue Leitungen, sodass eine Zuordnung möglich ist. Fassen Sie die Leitungen ggf. mit Ka- belbindern zusammen.

Um Personenschäden und Schäden am Steuerstand zu vermeiden achten Sie darauf, dass alle Pultdeckel gegen selbstständiges Öffnen gesichert sind und die Einlegeplatten fest verschraubt sind. Hinweis Der Steuerstand ist nach den Vorgaben des Betreibers auf Klemmen oder Stecker/Buch- sen verdrahtet. Der kundenseitige elektrische Anschluss erfolgt individuell nach den Vorgaben das Be- treibers und den zugehörigen Stromlaufplänen, (siehe Kapitel 12.

Ziehen Sie die Leitungen durch den Wellenschlauch (22) und ziehen Sie die Kontermutter (21) der Kabeldurchführung (17) an der Brücke und die Kontermutter (28) der Kabeldurchführung (27) an den Pulten fest. 10. Kippen Sie den Steuerstand in Richtung der Scharniere (15) zurück und ziehen Sie die beiden Siche- rungsschrauben (18) an der Brücke (4) fest.

Schließen Sie die Leitungen gemäß den zugehörigen Stromlaufplänen (siehe Kapitel 12. „Mitgelten- de Dokumente“, Seite 62) und den Vorgaben des Betreibers an.

Lösen Sie die Kontermutter (28) der Kabeldurchführung (27) und nehmen Sie den Wellenschlauch (22) von der Kabeldurchführung (17) der Pulte ab, (siehe Abbildung 16 „Leitungsführung“, Seite 22).

    6.2. Sitze einstellen manuell Hinweis Für die Steuerstände der Typenreihe FS/MFK sind unterschiedliche Sitze verfügbar. Nachfolgend werden die wichtigsten Einstellfunktionen für unterschiedliche Varianten beschrieben. Einige Funktionen sind optional und nicht bei allen Varianten verfügbar. Für weitere Informationen zu den Sitz-Funktionen kontaktieren Sie Spohn & Burkhardt (Fir- menanschrift siehe Impressum, Seite 2).
  • Page 30 6.2.2. Rückenlehne Die Neigung der Rückenlehne kann im Bereich von ~20° – ~160° eingestellt werden (90° entspricht auf- rechte Position). Stellen Sie die Neigung der Rückenlehne wie folgt ein: Variante A Betätigen Sie den Hebel (1.2) und bringen Sie die Rückenlehne in die gewünschte Position.
