    1. Sicherheit 1.1. Dokumentation Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung ist Teil des Produktes und enthält alle Informationen zur mechani- schen Montage, zum elektrischen Anschluss sowie zu Betrieb und Wartung des Gerätes. Die Betriebsan- leitung muss während der Lebensdauer des Gerätes dem jeweiligen Benutzer stets in einem leserlichen Zustand zugänglich sein.

    1.4. Klassifizierung von Sicherheitshinweisen Gefahren werden in Anlehnung an ISO 3864-2 und ANSI Z535.6 in dieser Dokumentation wie folgt klas- sifiziert: Gefahr!     2. Beschreibung Abbildung 1. Steuerstand SV1C – Basic-Line (Beispiele) Die Steuerstände der Typenreihe SV1C Basic-Line sind robuste, modular aufgebaute Steuerstände zur Steuerung komplexer Maschinen und Krananlagen in Häfen und Industrieanlagen. Die rechteckigen Seitenpulte verfügen über ebene oder abgeschrägte Pultdeckel und bieten viel Platz für die Platzierung von Bedienelementen und für den Einbau von Elektronikbaugruppen.

Die Farbgebung gliedert den Steuerstand klar in die einzelnen Funktionsbereiche. Die ergonomisch nach vorne und innen geneigten Bedienflächen der Pultform F bieten viel Platz für den Einbau von Befehlsgeräten und deren optimalen Anordnung im Greif- und Sichtbereich des Bedieners.

    3. Montage Gefahr! Alle Arbeiten am Gerät dürfen nur von Fachpersonal und unter Berücksichtigung der ein- schlägigen Sicherheitsvorschriften durchgeführt werden. Beachten Sie grundsätzlich die Sicherheitshinweise in Kapitel 1. „Sicherheit“, Seite 5. Achtung! Vermeiden Sie elektrostatische Aufladungen bei der Handhabung der Geräte. 3.1.

    3.2. Elektrischer Anschluss Achtung! Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Leitungen ordnungsgemäß ohne Knicke und Scheuerstellen verlegt sind. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Leitungsmarkierer nicht entfernt werden bzw. markieren Sie neue Leitungen, sodass eine Zuordnung möglich ist. Fassen Sie die Leitungen ggf. mit Ka- belbindern zusammen.

    Hinweis Die Steuerstände der Typenreihe SV1C sind für den jeweiligen Einsatzbereich und die in- dividuellen Anforderungen an den Arbeitsplatz konfigurierbar. Nachfolgend werden die wichtigsten Einstellfunktionen beschrieben. Für weitere Informa- tionen zu zusätzlichen Funktionen kontaktieren Sie Spohn & Burkhardt GmbH & Co. KG (Firmenanschrift siehe Impressum, Seite 2). 5.1.

    Drehkranz mit Excenterbremse Vorsicht! Der Hebel der Exzenterbremse (7.2.1) darf ausschließlich von Hand betätigt werden! 7.2.1 7.2.1 Abbildung 34.   • Page 39 Gewicht einstellen Hinweis Das Gewicht muss bei unbelastetem Sitz eingestellt werden Stellen Sie das Gewicht wie folgt ein: Betätigen Sie den Drehknopf/den Hebel (11.1) bis das korrekte Gewicht im Sichtfenster (11.2) erscheint. Höhe einstellen Vorsicht! Um Verletzungen an der Wirbelsäule zu vermeiden, heben Sie den Sitz zur Höheneinstel- lung immer mit 2 Personen an.

    Betätigen Sie den Hebel (12.1) nach unten und reduzieren Sie den Druck auf die Sitzfläche, um die Sitz- höhe zu erhöhen. Wird nach oben bzw. unten der Endanschlag erreicht erfolgt eine automatische Höhenanpassung, um ein Mindestfederweg zu gewährleisten. Stoßdämpfung Stellen Sie die Stoßdämpfung wie folgt ein. Stellen Sie den Schalter (12.2) (siehe Abbildung 38 „Pneumatische Federung: Einstellungen“, Seite 39) in die Position „1“...

    5.7. Fußauflage einstellen Quetschgefahr! Beim Einstellen der Fußauflage besteht Quetschgefahr zwischen den beweglichen Teilen. Gefahr! Nach dem Einstellen der Fußauflage müssen die Bolzen wieder sicher in den Rastnuten liegen. Hinweis Die Einstellung der Fußauflage kann nur von vorne bei unbesetztem Steuerstand vorge- nommen werden.

Control stand SV1C – Basic-Line (examples) The control stands of type series SV1C Basic-Line are robust, modular control stands for controlling com- plex machines and crane systems in harbors and industrial plants. The rectangular side consoles have flat or angled console lids and provide a generous amount of space for positioning controls and for installing electronic assemblies.The base of the control stand is formed by a hollow spacer manufactured from 2 mm sheet steel.

The color scheme clearly divides the control stand into its individual function areas. The surfaces for the controls tilted ergonomically to the front and to the inside on console shape F provide a large amount of space for the installation of control devices and their optimal arrangement within the reach and field of view of the operator.
