Dokumentation Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung ist Teil des Produktes und enthält alle Informationen zur mechani- schen Montage, zum elektrischen Anschluss sowie zu Betrieb und Wartung des Gerätes. Die Betriebsan- leitung muss während der Lebensdauer des Gerätes dem jeweiligen Benutzer stets in einem leserlichen Zustand zugänglich sein.

  • Page 8 Gefahr! Der Anschluss einer vorhandenen pneumatischen Sitzfederung DC 24 V 10 A (optional) erfolgt im Schaltschrank an den gekennzeichneten Klemmen. Elektrische Komponenten, sofern vorhanden, wurden nach den Vorgaben des Betreibers in die Schaltschrank auf Klemmen oder Steckern/Buchsen verdrahtet. Beachten Sie bei dem elektrischen Anschluss grundsätzlich die internen Vorschriften und Sicherheitsbe- stimmungen.

    4. Montage Gefahr! Alle Arbeiten am Gerät dürfen nur von Fachpersonal und unter Berücksichtigung der ein- schlägigen Sicherheitsvorschriften durchgeführt werden. Beachten Sie grundsätzlich die Sicherheitshinweise in Kapitel 1. „Sicherheit“, Seite 5. 4.1. Mechanische Montage Gefahr! Transportieren Sie den Steuerstand mit einem geeigneten Hebewerkzeug. Achtung! Die Leitungsdurchführung erfolgt von unten.

Stellen Sie die Drehung des Steuerstandes FS wie folgt ein: 1. Betätigen Sie das Fußpedal (7.1.1) und drehen Sie den Steuerstand FS aus der Rastung. 2.

    6.2. Sitze einstellen manuell Hinweis Für die Steuerstände der Typenreihe FS/MFK sind unterschiedliche Sitze verfügbar. Nachfolgend werden die wichtigsten Einstellfunktionen für unterschiedliche Varianten beschrieben. Einige Funktionen sind optional und nicht bei allen Varianten verfügbar. Für weitere Informationen zu den Sitz-Funktionen kontaktieren Sie SPOHN & BURKHARDT (Firmenanschrift siehe Impressum, Seite 2).
  • Page 29 6.2.1. Kopfstütze Die Kopfstütze (1.1) kann in der Höhe eingestellt oder ganz entfernt werden. Stellen Sie die Position der Kopfstütze (1.1) wie folgt ein. Ziehen Sie die Kopfstütze (1.1) soweit nach oben oder drücken Sie die Kopfstütze (1.1) nach unten bis die Kopfstütze (1.1) in der gewünschten Position einrastet.

    6.2.5. Sitzheizung Stellen Sie die Sitzheizung wie folgt an bzw. aus. Variante A Stellen Sie den Kippschalter (1.6) (siehe Abbildung 24 „Sitze (Beispiele): Einstellungen manuell“, Seite 28), auf „I“, um die Sitzheizung einzuschalten. Stellen Sie den Kippschalter (1.6) (siehe Abbildung 24 „Sitze (Beispiele): Einstellungen manuell“, Seite 28) auf „0“, um die Sitzheizung auszuschalten.
  • Page 31 Gewicht einstellen Hinweis Das Gewicht muss bei unbelastetem Sitz eingestellt werden Stellen Sie das Gewicht wie folgt ein: Betätigen sie den Drehknopf/den Hebel (11.1) bis das korrekte Gewicht im Sichtfenster (11.2) erscheint. Höhe einstellen Vorsicht! Um Verletzungen an der Wirbelsäule zu vermeiden, heben Sie den Sitz zur Höheneinstel- lung immer mit 2 Personen an.

    Stoßdämpfung Stellen Sie die Stoßdämpfung wie folgt ein. Stellen Sie den Schalter (12.2) (siehe Abbildung 26 „Pneumatische Federung: Einstellungen“, Seite 31) in die Position „1“ (hart), „2“ (mittel) oder „3“ (weich), um die gewünschte Stoßdämpfung einzustellen. Hinweis Die Einstellung „mittel“ ist nicht bei allen Varianten verfügbar. 6.4.

    2. Beschreibung Der Sitzunterbau mit Heizung und Lüftung ermöglicht die optimale Beheizung der Kabine. Über die Bedienelemente kann die gewünschte Temperatur und Gebläsestärke eingestellt werden. 6 individuell einstellbare Luftauslassgitter ermöglichen eine optimale Verteilung der Warmluft in der Kabine. Über einen Hebel kann zusätzlich die Zuluft (Luftumwälzung oder Außenluftzufuhr) gesteuert werden. Op- tional ist eine Zeitschaltuhr verfügbar, über die voreingestellte Temperatur und Gebläsestärke zeitlich gesteuert werden kann.
