    1. Sicherheit 1.1. Dokumentation Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung ist Teil des Produktes und enthält alle Informationen zur mechani- schen Montage, zum elektrischen Anschluss sowie zu Betrieb und Wartung des Gerätes. Die Betriebsan- leitung muss während der Lebensdauer des Gerätes dem jeweiligen Benutzer stets in einem leserlichen Zustand zugänglich sein.

    1.4. Klassifizierung von Sicherheitshinweisen Gefahren werden in Anlehnung an ISO 3864-2 und ANSI Z535.6 in dieser Dokumentation wie folgt klas- sifiziert: Gefahr! Bei Nichtbeachten können schwere Personenschäden oder Tod die Folge sein. Vorsicht! Bei Nichtbeachten können leichte Personenschäden die Folge sein. Achtung!   • Page 8 Gefahr! Der Anschluss einer vorhandenen pneumatischen Sitzfederung DC 24 V 10 A (optional) erfolgt im Schaltschrank an den gekennzeichneten Klemmen. Elektrische Komponenten, sofern vorhanden, wurden nach den Vorgaben des Betreibers in die Schaltschrank auf Klemmen oder Steckern/Buchsen verdrahtet. Beachten Sie bei dem elektrischen Anschluss grundsätzlich die internen Vorschriften und Sicherheitsbe- stimmungen.

Durch die Berück- sichtigung aller ergonomischen Anforderungen ermöglichen die Steuerstände FSMMD ein entspann- tes und ermüdungsfreies Arbeiten. Die Sitz- und Pultpositionen sind elektrisch längs-, höhen- und nei- gungsverstellbar.

Schließen Sie die Anschlussleitungen an den dafür vorgesehenen Klemmen oder Steckern/Buchsen gemäß dem Anschlussplan (siehe Abbildung 10 „Anschlussplan“, Seite 19), den zugehörigen Strom- laufplänen (siehe Kapitel 11. „Mitgeltende Dokumente“, Seite 36) und den Vorgaben des Betreibers an (siehe auch Abbildung 11 „Elektrische Anschlüsse“, Seite 19. Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Leitun- gen ohne Knick- und Scheuerstellen verlegt sind.

Documentation These operating instructions are part of the product and contain all the information on the mechanical installation, the electrical connection, as well as the operation and servicing of the device. The operating instructions must always be available, in a legible condition, to the related user for the service life of the device.

    1.4. Classification of safety instructions Hazards are classified in this documentation based on ISO 3864-2 and ANSI Z535.6 as follows: Danger! Serious injuries or fatality may occur if ignored. Caution! Minor injuries may occur if ignored. Attention! Damage to the device and items in the surrounding area as well as malfunctions may occur if ignored.

Hazard due to work undertaken improperly! Hazards will arise for persons and the device may be damaged by work undertaken im- properly and unauthorized modifications to the control stand.

Electrical components, if fitted, have been wired to terminals or plugs/sockets in the switch cabinet according to the requirements of the operating organization.     Figure 1. Control stand FSMMD The control stands FSMMD are robust control stands for a wide variety of applications. The control stands FSMMD permit relaxed, fatigue-free working because all ergonomic requirements are taken into account. The seat and console positions are electrically adjustable for length, height and tilt. The control stands FSMMD permit a consistent arm posture and sitting posture due to the optimal interaction of seat, console and spring system.

Always pay attention to the safety instruc- tions in chapter 1. “Safety”, page 41. 3.1. Mechanical installation Danger! Transport the control stand using suitable hoisting equipment.

Connect the connecting wires to the intended terminals or plugs/sockets as per the connection diagram (Figure 10 “Connection diagram”), the related circuit diagrams (see chapter 11. “Reference documents”, page 71) and the requirements of the operating organization. Make sure all wires are laid without kinks or points where they can chafe.

Keep pulling the locking pin (17) and place the bull's horns (footrests) (16) in the required position. During this process, make sure that the bull's horns (footrests) (16) engage in the position set.

    2. Beschreibung Das Memory System ermöglicht es die elektrisch einstellbaren Positionen des Fahrersitzes unter einem persönlichen Code zu speichern. Es besteht die Möglichkeit jeweils 5 Arbeitspositionen für bis zu 30 Bediener zu speichern und bei Be- darf über den Touchscreen im Pult des Steuerstandes abzurufen. Das Memory System ist zusätzlich mit Überwachungs-und Alarmfunktionen sowie einem NOT-AUS- Taster ausgestattet.
