  • Page 2 Assembly and Operating Instructions for 2200HD IMPO2T Assembly 1. Remove the lift and all the parts from the crate. 2. Remove the power unit from the smaller plywood crate. 3. Attach the hydraulic hose from the lift to the power unit.
  • Page 3 Side Extension Assembly 1. There are two holes in the main body of the lift on each side. 2. Place one side extension support tube through each one of the holes in the lift. 3. There are two corresponding holes in each of the side extensions. Carefully slide the side extension onto the two tubes protruding from the main body.
  • Page 4 Front Wheel Vise Assembly 1. Attach the handle assembly to the moving side of vise using four bolts and washers. The moving side of the vise is drilled and tapped to receive the four bolts. 2. The moving side of the vise is attached to the left side of the main body of the lift using 4 predrilled holes and hardware.
  • Page 5 Approach Ramps The side extension approach ramps hook into holes in the ends of the side extensions. The center ramp will attach to the frame base of the lift using two pre-installed bolts.

    Locking Mechanism 1. The lock release mechanism is located on the left side of the lift. 2. There are two locations for the lock release lever. The upper slot is the unlocked position and the lower location is the locked position. 3.
