Be sure to turn off the engine before carrying out any maintenance or inspection. WARNING! Metal parts can reach very high temperatures just after stopping the engine.
  • Page 11 Manual of use and maintenance NOTE: It is important to prevent resin deposits from forming on essential parts of the combustion system, such as the carburettor, fuel filter, fuel hose, or fuel tank. Mixtures of gasoline and alcohol (known as “gasohol”), or the use of ethanol or methanol, can attract moisture that causes separation and formation of acids during storage.

    Manual of use and maintenance How to check brake operation: 1. Turn off the motor. 2. Hold the chainsaw horizontally, release the front handle, and allow the bar to fall onto a log or piece of wood. The height of the operation depends on the size of the sword.

Removal of safety devices, improper maintenance and poor replacement of the bar or chain increases the risk of serious injuries. Avoid skidding (skating) Skids occur when the chain gets caught in the wood at the bottom of the chain.
