• Before installing, servicing, or performing rou ne maintenance upon this equipment, follow these general
precau ons.
• To reduce the risk of death, personal injury or property damage from fire, electric shock, falling parts,
cuts/abrasions, and other hazards read all warnings and instruc ons included with and on the fixture box
and all fixture labels.
• Product should be installed by a cer fied electrician in accordance with applicable na onal, state, and local
building and electrical codes.
• Failure to properly support the fixture may result in damage or injury, for which the manufacturer does not
assume responsibility.
• To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.
• Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during installa on.
WARNING
• Turn off electrical power at fuse or circuit breaker box before wiring fixture to the power supply!
• Turn off the power when you perform any maintenance.
• Verify that supply voltage is correct by comparing it with the luminaire label informa on.
• All wiring connec ons should be capped with UL approved wire connectors.
CAUTION
• Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source while it is on
• Account for small parts and destroy packing material, as these may pose hazardous to children.
• Risk of burn! Disconnect power and allow fixture to cool before handling.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: Turn off power supply from main circuit breaker first!
Installa on with Different Swing Brackets ("Wall Moun ng")
1. 40in. Adjustable Bracket Arm Kit - Single Arm LEDDOCK1000051007 (need to be purchased separately)
Step 1. Drill holes in the wall according to the size of the wall moun ng plate;
Step 2. Fix the bracket with screws on the wall;
Step 3. Securely a ach light to arm. Connect power cord to light.

2. 24in. Adjustable Bracket Arm Kit - Single Arm LEDDOCK1000051008 (need to be purchased separately)
Step 1. Drill holes in the wall according to the size of the wall moun ng plate;
