Congratulations, you have purchased a product with Intelbras quality and safety. The ELC 6012 NET model is a microprocessor electrifier with two independent divisions (alarm and shock sector). The shock sector monitors the perimeter with high voltage, signaling trigger due to grounding and/or breaking the fence.

Note: the Status TRIGGER and FENCE outputs do not allow activation by remote control. We do not guarantee the registration/operation of our electrifiers with wireless sensors that are not manufactured by Intelbras. With regard to remote controls from other manufacturers, they must have the following characteristics to work with our centers: 1.

height from the ground must not exceed 3 m. This height applies to any orthogonal projection side of the outermost conductors of the electrical power line on the ground surface; for a distance of 2 m for lines operating at a nominal voltage not exceeding 1,000 V, and 15 m for electrical power lines operating at a nominal voltage exceeding 1,000 V.
Note: check if the gate board has a drive input The STATUS for trigger output can be configured as PGM and is controlled by the Intelbras APP. In this programming, the contact acts as normally open (NO), allowing external circuits to be connected as long as it does not exceed the specifications¹.
127 / 240 Vac Relay The STATUS FENCE output can be configured as PGM and is controlled by the Intelbras APP. In this programming, the contact acts as normally open (NO), allowing external circuits to be connected as long as it does not exceed the specifications¹. To activate larger loads, insert a compatible relay or contactor.
Connecting the energizer input to a button or on/off switch Electrifier Borne Connect the pair of wires from the retentive button or on/off switch to the negative terminal (-) and on input (INP. ON) of the energizer. Note: the input on, only activates the shock function. 4.3. SIREN (SIR +): maximum output = 14.5 Vdc Electrifier Borne Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) wires of the siren to the positive (SIR+) and negative (-)
4.4. LED on/off indication (LED+ OUTPUT) This output is used to view the perimeter, when the energizer is in a non-visible location. With the shock activated, it is possible to see the return of the shock in normal or triggered conditions. When the LED is off, it means the shock sector is deactivated.
4.6. Auxiliary (AUX+): Output 14.5 Vdc/250 mA This output is used to power wired sensors. Connect a wire to the positive (AUX+) and negative (-) outputs of the energizer and connect them to the positive (+) and negative (-) inputs of the sensor. It is recommended to use a wire gauge ≤...
4.8. Connecting AC power (mains) In the lower left corner of the board, there is a 2-terminal terminal (AC) to connect the control unit to the electrical network. If the fuse blows and needs to be replaced, use a fuse of the same value (1 A) with delay. To ensure greater safety for the user in case of jerks in the mains power cable, it must be installed, as shown in the following figure: 1.

5. Ground connection Grounding is mandatory and very important for the sensation of shock to anyone who touches the fence wires, in addition to protection against lightning and overload of the electrical network and/or sensor wiring. Always look for a more humid place to attach the grounding rod (copper bars). The rods must be longer than 2 m, except when associated with a grounding mesh.
Assembling the rods 6. Programming via ELC 6012 NET board The ELC 6012 NET electrifier is compact and easy to program, it has several programmable para- meters that can be executed through buttons and selection jumpers directly on the board. These settings are maintained even if the electrifier is switched off completely, thus avoiding the need for frequent reprogramming.

Turn off remote control Turn off remote control in Shock function 1. Keep pressing key C, the Shock and Alarm LEDs will stay on for approxima- tely 3 seconds and then go off for 3 seconds.; 2. With the LEDs off, release key C, the Shock and Alarm LEDs will flash for approximately 3 seconds indicating that all controls have been turned off.
6.2. Total reset of sensors and controls 1. Keep the keys C and S pressed, the Shock and Alarm LEDs will stay on for approximately 3 seconds and then go off for another 3 seconds. With the LEDs off, release keys C and S, the Shock and Alarm LEDs will flash for approximately 3 seconds indicating that the General Reset has been carried out.

Note: » Maximum Sensitivity enabled (with the jumper connected): the control unit will easily detect small energy leakage points occurring along the external infrastructure, generating a siren trigger after counting 10 failed pulses. In this mode, the system presents greater safety in the activation due to perimeter rupture, even in installations where the high insulation cables have long runs and/or are not respecting the minimum distance of 2 cm between them.
