SCOPE OF DELIVERY
• Safety valve 10 bar with G 3/4" outer thread and 1" inner thread.
• Electronic control or thermal mixing valve included depending on
version chosen.
• To prevent recirculation, a non-return valve can be fitted on the
primary side if required.
INSTALLATION
Note! National regulations and safety standards must be complied
during product assembly and installation. The step must be carried
out by a qualified fitter.
Mount the LK 250 TapWater Unit at a child-safe height and at a
height that promotes the use and readability of the controller
display, if included.
Select an appropriate location in the boiler room for the LK 250
TapWater Unit. Remove the front. Mount the wall bracket (1) with
screws suitable for the material in the substrate/wall. Hang the LK
250 unit by sliding it into the groove on the wall bracket (2).
CONNECTION
Mount the safety valve with the external 3/4" thread and included
gasket on the LK 250 TapWater Unit (3). If the pressure is too high,
the safety valve opens and hot water may be released. To prevent

risk of personal injury, a heat-resistant overflow pipe must be
connected to the safety valve's 1" internal thread and guided into
e.g. a floor drain.
Connect the primary side's supply line to valve (4) and return line to
valve (5) with a suitable sealing joint. The valves are connected with
1" external threads. If there is a risk of contaminated water, use a
dirt filter on the primary side to protect the plate heat exchanger,
for example a LK 522 FilterBall.

Connect the secondary side with incoming cold water to valve (6)
and outgoing hot water to valve (7) with a suitable sealing joint. The
valves are connected with 1" internal threads. When connecting a
HWC kit (8), remove the stainless steel pipe between valve (6) and
the flow sensor. Replace with a HWC kit.
