(e.g. polyethylene tank) with a capacity of 20L or more. Power for the pump should be fed either from AC120V power or the service outlet (AC 100V) of the the thermal analyzer DTA-50. Also, be sure to provide the WCP-30 main body with grounding for safety.
General description General description The Water Circulation Pump WCP-30 is used to supply cooling water to the sample holders such as thermal analyzer DTA-50. This pump eliminates the necessity of water tap and dispels the concerns about the possible suspension of water supply.
Fig. 3-1 Flow Diagram • The tube ① shall be the tube attached to WCP-30. • The tube ② shall be the tube accessory to DTA-50. • Be sure to use a hose band when connecting the double-structure joint ④ (for 6f and 9f) for WCP-30 and the tube.
Operation and Maintenance Operation When the power source plug from the pump WCP-30 is plugged in the AC 100V power source or the service outlet of thermal analyzer, water begins to circulate. Although during the first ten of seconds after the start of the pump, a large vibration noise caused by the motion of the pump pendulum can be head, it gradually diminishes as water flows into the tank.
