23-A. FUNCTION SELECTOR DISPLAY & FREQUENCY DISPLAY
Displays the input mode or tuned stations frequency.
23-B. TUNED DISPLAY
Lights up when a FM or AM broadcast is being properly received. This indicator does not light up when
weak broadcast is being received.
23-C. FM STEREO DISPLAY
This indicator lights up when a FM stereo broadcast is being received. It does not light up when FM MODE
@) is set MONO (MUTE off) mode or when a weak FM stereo broadcast is being received.
23-D. MEMORY DISPLAY
When MEMORY
button QO) is pressed, this indicator flicker for 5 seconds. While this indicator is lit, press
the PRESET buttons to store a station in memory.
23-E. MONO DISPLAY
When FM MODE @
is set MONO
mode, this indicator lights up.

AUTO DISPLAY
Lights up when AUTO/MANUAL
tuning mode selector switch @ is pressed to set the tuning mode to
AUTO. In MANUAL mode, it goes off.
23-G. SIGNAL STRENGTH DISPLAY
Indicates relative signal strength of FM or AM stations. Useful in the orientation of antennas.
23-H. PRESET NUMBER & SLEEP TIME
Displays the preset station number in two digits, up to 30. When SLEEP timer @) is set, this displays remain
minutes of timer.
