• The product shall be stored in a room without continuously operating open flames (for example
an operating gas appliance) and ignition sources (for example an operating electric heater).
• The product shall be installed properly to prevent damage to machinery/equipment and bodily
injury during the operation.
CAUTION
When installing the dehumidifier
• Use this appliance only for its intended purpose.
This product is not designed for preserving precision instruments, tableware or art works.
This may deteriorate product quality.
• Perform ventilation regularly.
Pay particular attention to the combustion appliances. Otherwise, oxygen deficiency could occur.
• When unplugging power cord, do not pull out by grasping the cord.
Otherwise, it may cause an electric shock and injury.
• Do not forcefully pull on the extension hose.
It may cause hose damage or deformation.
• Do not use the product in places where chemicals are used.
Chemicals and solvents dissolved in the air in places such as hospitals, factories, laboratories and
hair salons could cause the product to become deformed, causing the dehumidified water to leak
and wet nearby household items, equipment and others.
• When cleaning the product, unplug the power cord.
The fan rotates at a high speed and will cause injury.
• Use a filter.
If used without installing a filter, it may shorten the life of the product, and may also cause electric
shock or injury.
• Product must be placed on a safe and hard surface floor.
If the product is on an unstable surface, it may vibrate and make noise. If the product is tilted or
laid down, the dehumidified water could overflow and the product could malfunction.
When using the dehumidifier
• Do not use the product for preserving animals/plants, precision instruments, art works and
other special purposes/venues.
It may cause property damage.
• Do not mount on the product or place objects on the product.
It may cause falling injury.
