FUEL FILTERS

WARNING
When working on the fuel system:
• Keep naked lights away, do not smoke!
• Do not spill fuel!
The Maverick® 325X is equipped with a Fuel Filter located
to right of the liftbale. The procedure for changing the
filter is as follows:
1. Close the fuel shutoff valve located in front of the fuel filter.
2. Clean the area around the fuel filter head. Remove the filter.
Clean the gasket surface of the filter head and replace the o-
ring.
3. Fill the clean filter with clean fuel, and lubricate the o-ring seal
with clean lubricating oil.
4. Install the filter as specified by the filter manufacturer.
WARNING
Mechanical overtightening will distort the threads, filter
element seal or filter can.

COOLING SYSTEM

The Maverick® 325X is equipped with a pressure radiator.
Keep the radiator cap tight to prevent loss of coolant. Clean and
flush the coolant system periodically to prevent clogging the
passage and over-heating the engine. When antifreeze is
needed, always use the permanent type.
• Every 500 hours check radiator to ensure there is no blockage
or leaks. Clean as necessary with an environmentally friendly
degreaser and low pressure water.
• When draining the entire contents of the system, remove
radiator cap. Pull drain hose through the battery access door in
the base and open shut off valve until system is empty.
• When refilling, close shut off valve on drain hose.
