Operating Start/stop/confirm button Increase value Decrease value The temperature controller shows the current temperature (actual value) in display mode. If no button is pressed for 20 seconds during setup (setup mode), the temperature controller returns to display mode. Turning on/off - Press and hold for 4 seconds. -

Configuring the setup parameters The setup parameters should only be changed under unfavorable operating conditions. The set- tings may only be configured as expressly instructed by Franke Foodservice Systems. - Briefly press : SEt will appear. - Press until PA appears on the display. -
