Cause
GLC X alarm output is not correctly
programmed.
The motor cable is disconnected.
The time out expired prior to receiv-
ing pressure switch input.
The vent valve failed to relieve power
to the system.
Sensor input is out of range for a
given type
The machine use is low.
The cabling to the machine is broken.
The solenoid valve used to control
the lubrication flow has failed.

Troubleshooting
Solution
Enter programming mode on the
GLC X controller and verify that Out-
put is programmed to Vent Valve.
Verify that the correct DT connector
is attached to the motor.
Inspect the lubrication system for any
broken or plugged lines.
Confirm that the pump is operating
correctly.
Confirm that the vent valve is operat-
ing correctly.
Inspect the wiring, pressure, switch,
and sensor.
Confirm that sufficient time was pro-
grammed for the environmental con-
ditions, such as slow system
response in cold temperatures.
Confirm that the programming is cor-
rect.
Repair the cabling to the vent valve.
Ensure enough power is being deliv-
ered to the vent valve.
Confirm that the controller settings
are correct.
Inspect the wiring, pressure switch,
and sensor for short circuits.
Replace the vent valve if it is broken.
Inspect the sensor and wiring
Confirm that the programming is cor-
rect.
Confirm that the controller settings
are correct for machine usage.
Replace the solenoid valve used to
control the lubrication flow.
