Surround Pro-Logic Mode
(Wide/Normal/Phantom)
The built-in Dolby Pro-Logic Surround Sound processor
eliminates the need for a separate Dolby receiver. It
provides exceptional
sound
reproduction when
using
video software encoded with Dolby Surround information.
The PTV speakers can function as center channel speakers
in a Dolby Pro-Logic configuration. Refer to Dolby Pro-Logic
Surround Connection section for connection instructions.
NOTE: Adjust the PTV Main volume to a normal listening
level. (Use the volume button on the Remote
Control.)

WIDE: When the center speaker sound is the
same or larger than the front speakers.

NORMAL:
When the center speaker sound is
smaller than the front speakers.

PHANTOM: The sound which would have been
sent to the center speaker will be divided equally
between both the left and right front speakers.
8.
Press X to €: TEST TONE.
Menu.
Select Pro-Logic Wide or Normal mode to adjust this
menu.
