6. Press the In and Set Buttons simultaneously to set the edit
start point. When these buttons are pressed, the In Button
will tight to indicate that the edit start point has been set.
®At this time, the Edit Start Button will flash.
7. Using the Search Dial once again, search for the edit end
point, and when the unit is in a pause status, press the Out
and Set buttons simultaneously to set the edit end point.
The Out button will immediately tight to indicate that the
edit end point has been set.

<Caution>
®When performing assemble editing, itis necessary that
the tape be pre-recorded for at least 3 seconds ahead of
the edit start point.
You cannot perform assemble editing starting from
a blank section of tape.

editing, the transition back to the previously recorded

When using a tape to which frame servo is not applied
as the source, register the editing start and end points
in order to prevent simple
