    ASSEMBLY PREPARATION Parts are located throughout the shipping carton, including underneath the grill. Inspect the grill, parts, and hardware blister pack after removing from the protective shipping carton. Discard all packaging materials from inside and outside of the grill before assembly, then review and inspect all parts by referencing the parts list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble.

MOUNTING THE BACK SUPPORT LEGS Parts Required: Left Rear Support Leg (#43) Right Rear Support Leg (#44) Caster Support Plates (#54) M6x60 mm Screw (#C) Installation : • Mount the Left Rear Support Leg and the Right Rear Support Leg to the Lower Cabinet Assembly using two screws in each leg, as shown in illustration 3A.

    6. MOUNTING THE KNOB TO THE AIR DAMPER Parts Required : Knob (#29) Smoker Cabinet Assembly (#32) M5x10 mm Screw (#B) Installation : • Mount the Knob to the Air Damper on the back side of the Smoker Cabinet. Secure with screw from the inside.

    10. PLACING THE WATER PAN Parts Required : Water Pan (#36) Water Pan Support (#37) Installation : • Slide the Water Pan Support into the lowest rails of the Smoker Cabinet Assembly. Note illustration 10A. • Place the Water Pan onto the Water Pan Support. Note illustration 10B.

    13. MOUNTING THE THERMOMETER INTO THE SMOKER DOOR Parts Required : Smoker Thermometer (#39) Installation : • First, remove the washer and wing nut from the Smoker Thermometer. • Insert the Smoker Thermometer stem through the mounting hole in the front of the Smoker Door Assembly.

MOUNTING THE GRILL ONTO THE CART Parts Required : Grill Chambers Assembly (#13) M6x15 mm Screw (#A) M6x10 mm Screw (#D) Installation : • First, remove the twist tie on the front of the Grill Chambers Assembly. Pull out the Smoker Electric Wires and Smoker Temperature Sensor from the back side of Control Panel.

ATTACHING THE ELECTRICAL BACK COVER Parts Required : Electric Wires Back Cover (#41) M6x15 mm Screw (#A) Installation : • First, remove the pre-assembled two screws from the bottom table of the Cart. Attach the Electrical Back Cover to the back of the Smoker Cabinet. NOTE: It is recommended to assemble the screws on the top side first and then the bottom.

INSTALLING THE GREASE TRAY COMPONENTS Parts Required : Grease Drip Tray Guides (#26) Grease Tray (#27) Grease Cup (#28) Knob (#29) M5x10 mm Screw (#B) M6x10 mm Screw (#D) Installation : • Install the two Grease Drip Tray Guides to the bottom- backside of the Gas Grill Chamber using four screws (#D).

    23. INSTALLING THE TOOL HOOKS Parts Required : Left Side Table (#8) Tool Hooks (#9) Right Side Table (#10) M6x10 mm Screw (#D) Installation : 8 / 10 • On the edge of the Left Side Table with three holes, install a Tool Hook into each hole along the edge.

    26. INSTALLING THE HEAT TENTS Parts Required : Heat Tents (#14) Heat Tent Supports (#15) M4x10 mm Screw (#F) Installation : • First, install each of the three Heat Tent Supports to the front side of Gas Main Chamber. See illustration 26A for proper location.

PLACING THE CONTROL KNOBS Parts Required : Black Gas Control Knobs (#16) Silver Smoker Control Knob (#17) Installation : • Place the three Black Control Knobs for each burner onto each protruding valve stem, making certain to align the flat portion of the stem with the flat portion of the Control Knob.

    31. MOUNTING THE SMOKE STACK Parts Required : Smoke Stack Lid (#3) Smoke Stack (#4) M6x10 mm Screw (#D) M6 Nuts (#J) Installation : • Remove the Smoke Stack Lid from the Smoke Stack. Insert the Smoke Stack through the Charcoal Grill Chamber Lid from the inside.

INSERTING THE THERMOMETERS Parts Required : Thermometers (#1) Thermometer Bezels (#2) Installation : • First, remove the fiber washer and wing nut from both Thermometers. • Next, insert a Thermometer stem through a Thermometer Bezel, then into the mounting hole on the top of a Grill Chamber Lid.

    37. INSTALLING THE BATTERY Part Required : AA Battery (#I) Installation : • Unscrew the igniter cap from the front control panel. Insert the Battery into the battery slot with the positive end (+) facing outward. Screw the cap back onto panel.
