How to Take This Course
1. Read Appendix A in this workbook before continuing. It has some corrections and
additions to the video.
2. Read the following chapters in the Service manual and/or handbook, before watching the
particular video section.

3. View the video, stopping as directed or as you want to. Answer the questions at the end of
each lesson.
4. Read and observe all Cautions, Warnings and Safety guidelines.
5. Keep a record of your progress using the Course Completion Checklist on at the end of this
section.
6. After completing all of the sections, take the final examination. If you did not answer 80%
of the questions correctly, review the lessons where you were weakest and retake the final
examination.
