FU N CTIO N IN G & PRIN CIPLE O F O PERATIO N Your Enviroheat system is called a heat pum p because it collects heat from the am bient air and “pum ps” it into the water in the storage vessel. This is done in m uch the sam e way that an air conditioner rem oves heat from a room and expels it to the outside air. -

CAUTION Your Enviroheat system em its very low noise level however there are certain tim es of the day where any noise m ay be objectionable. This is especially the case if the system is located near a bedroom and is running while the occupants are sleeping. It is highly recom m ended that the system be program m ed to run when noise is not objectionable, for exam ple between 5am and 9pm , or that the system be located away from bedroom s rev. -

The installation shall conform to the Plum bing Code of Australia (PCA). The following standards and regulations m ust be taken into account when planning the installation of the Enviroheat water heater system . • AS/NZS 3500.4.2 Notational plum bing and drainage code hot water supply system s – acceptable solutions. -

You have now set the START and STO P tim e and tim e of day. Whilst in ECO m ode, the system will only run between the program m ed tim es. Whilst the running noise level of the Enviroheat system is quite low , it is not advisable to allow the unit to run during the night when am bient noise levels are low . -

W ater discharge through the pressure relief valve All Enviroheat heat pum p water heaters have two pressure valves located within the system conf guration. The cold water expansion control valve (ECV), located in the cold water supply pipe, m ay release a sm all am ount of water from tim e to tim e during the heating cycle of the system . The water discharge is water expanding due to the heating process. -

LESS DEPRECIATIO N, upon its return. Enviroheat or an Enviroheat Dealer will provide labour to resolve warranty issues during the warranty period. Repair service shall be available at the purchaser’s location. Enviroheat will determ ine how and where repair services are provided, and the purchaser m ay, at Enviroheat’s reasonablecost, be required to deliver product to an authorised location. -
