2.3 General safety instructions

Warning!
Danger of electrocution!
Touching live parts can lead to severe injury and even death.
The unit is designed to operate using 230 V 50 Hz alternating current. Installation of
product only to be performed by a qualified installer.
When carrying out work, make sure that the lead is disconnected from the mains and secured
against reconnection.

Live parts, excluding parts supplied by SELV circuits at voltages not exceeding 12 V, must not
be accessible to a bathing person.

Danger of electrocution when cleaning and during maintenance!
Touching live components during cleaning and maintenance can lead to severe injury and even
death.
When cleaning and carrying out maintenance work, make sure not to touch live parts.

Live components that have not been fitted or fixed properly can lead to severe injury and even
death.
The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.
All electrical, electromagnetic components of the product and that are required for
installation (with the exception of the remote control, if present) must be securely attached to
the bath/floor/wall in accordance with the installation instructions and National regulations.
To prevent injury and even death, all Live parts must be securely attached to the bath/ floor/
wall in accordance with the installation instructions and National regulations.
Other parts incorporating electrical components, except remote control devices, must be
located or fixed so that they cannot fall into the bath.
Warning!
System baths are equipped with a special protective drain cover (Safety Cover). If the opening in the
drain cover close up during use, e.g., through dirt or because you are
sitting on it, water circulation is deactivated. In this case you should
switch off the bath for 1 minute and, if necessary, clean the drain.
Then set the bath into operation again.
Don't use the whirlpool bath if the safety cover is loose, missing, or defective. Safe use of
the whilpool bath system is not assured in these cases.
Should the safety cover be damaged or defective, have it replaced by a skilled person.
