3.4.5 - Setting a Password
You control access to the Parental Control features with a password. The default password is "0 0
0 0". You can change the password to any four-digit number.
To change the password:
1. Press the TV component button.
2. Press the MENU button on the remote control
and the Main Menu will be displayed on the
screen (see figure 3.4.5.a).
3. Press
until the Parental Control menu is
highlighted.
4. Enter in the default password "0 0 0 0" by using
the numerical buttons on the remote control.
5. Press
until the Access Code Edit option is
highlighted. Press
6. Enter in the old 4-digit password or default ("0 0
0 0") by using the numerical buttons on the
remote control.
7. Enter in the new 4-digit password by using the numerical buttons on the remote control.
8. Re-type the new password for confirmation.
9. Press the EXIT button repeatedly to exit the OSD.
Note: If you enter in an incorrect password, the
following error message will appear.
