Appendix A: Troubleshooting and Technical Support Have your serial number and date of purchase ready when you call. The TV displays “No Signal”. There is no power. There is a picture, but no sound.
The screen is black. The colors do not display correctly. When I press buttons on the remote, nothing happens. The picture quality seems low. The display has dots (pixels) that do not change color. The display image does not cover the entire screen.
