If the package has suffered rough handling, bumps or damage (visible or concealed), please note it on the bill of lading before accepting the delivery and contact Omcan within 24 hours, so we may initiate a claim with the carrier. A detailed report on the extent of the damage caused to the machine must be filled out within three days, from the delivery date shown in the shipping documents. -

Urgent treatment in case of an accident caused by electric current requires first of all pulling the injured person away from the machine (as the person will have likely lost consciousness). This is a hazardous operation. The injured person in this case is an electric conductor: touch him means getting electrocuted.

Installation agreed with the customer, or in the event of particularly expensive transport, the machine is packed on a wooden pallet, protected with cardboard and fastened with straps. The dimensions of the packing are shown in Fig. 3.2.1. Check the integrity of the packing when you receive the machine. If the packing is damaged, sign the transport docket, including the phrase: “Accepted with reservations...”... -

If you need to stretch the power cable, use a cable of the same section as the one installed by the manufacturer.
