5. NAVIGATING MAIN MENU

5.1 Controls
Left
The Main Menu is a grid of icons to access key features on the phone.
ƒ From Home Screen press middle Confirm key to access Main Menu. Alternatively press
Left Soft key.
ƒ Use direction keys (  ,  ,  , ) to move up, down, right or left and press middle
Confirm key again to confirm.
Preassigned Menu Numbers
If you see a menu with preassigned number, you can directly
press that number on a keypad to directly open that menu.
5.2 Shortcuts
Tip:
The shortcuts are preassigned, however they can be changed. To change
default shortcuts go to: Menu > Settings > Phone > Shortcut settings
From Home Screen press direction keys (  ,  ,  , ) to launch tools assigned as
default shortcuts:
Open Calendar
Up
Right
Down
Open Messages Inbox
Set Alarm
