* NOTE: Air broil cannot be used in both zones at the same time.
NOTE: Default settings are for reference only. Food ingredients differ in source, size,
shape and brand. We cannot guarantee that these are the best settings for your
ingredients. The fast air change technology provides renewed heating inside the
appliance immediately - pulling the basket out of the unit during operation will hardly
affect the cooking process.
NOTE: If the dual basket air fryer starts with a cold boot, the cooking time should be for
three minutes longer.

COOKING IN YOUR DUAL BASKET AIR FRYER

SMART FINISH
When foods have different cooking times, temperatures or functions, you can get them
to finish at the same time. Follow these steps:
1. Place ingredients in the baskets, then place the baskets into the unit.
2. Press 'SMART FINISH' - Zone 1 will remain illuminated. Select the desired cooking
function. Use the TEMP arrows to set the temperature and use the TIME arrows to set
the time.
3. Select Zone 2, then select the desired cooking function (AIR BROIL is not available
for Zone 2). Use the TEMP arrows to set the temperature and use the TIME arrows to
set the time.
NOTE: Air broil can only be used in Zone 1.
NOTE: You can select a different function for Zone 2.
4. Then press the START/PAUSE button to begin cooking in the zone with the longest
time. The other zone will display 'HOLD'. The unit will activate the second zone when
both zones have the same time remaining.
NOTE: Some food ingredients require overturning when cooking. To overturn, hold the
handle and pull out the basket from the product, then turn the ingredients. After that,
slide the basket back into the unit. When you pull out the basket from the product, the
screen displays 'Stop'.
NOTICE: When using for the first time, adjust the temperature to 200 °C and let the unit
run for 30 minutes without food inside.
5. When cooking is complete, the unit will beep three times and 'End' will appear on the
display. The motor will stop working after 20 seconds. When the unit stops, 'On'
appears on the display.
6. Remove ingredients by tipping them out or using tongs/utensils. DO NOT place the
drawer on top of the unit.
MATCH COOK
To cook a larger amount of the same food or cook different foods using the same
function, temperature, and time:
1. Place ingredients in the baskets, then insert baskets into the unit.
2. Press the 'MATCH COOK' button and select a desired cooking function (air broil is not
available with this function). Use the 'TEMP' arrows to set the temperature. Use the
'TIME' arrows to set the time. The two screens will display the same temperature at
the same time.
3. Press 'START/PAUSE' to begin cooking in both zones.
NOTE: Some ingredients need overturning during the cooking process. To overturn
the ingredients, hold the handle and pull out the basket from the product, then turn the
ingredients. After that, slide the basket back into the unit. When you remove the
basket, the two screens will display 'Stop'.
