Device Settings - NAVIS LW410 Manual

DEVICE SETTINGS

To enter device settings menu press and holding SET button for approximately 2 seconds. To select entry shortly press buttons UP or
DOWN, confirm selection by short press of SET button. To exit settings menu select "Exit settings", to exit settings completely from any
sub menu press and hold SET button for approximately 2 seconds. Device will automatically exit settings menu after 2 minutes of
inactivity and return to main screen.
Settings are saved when device is returned to main screen by any above mentioned method. If power is lost while in settings menu,
changes are lost.
Data in menu can be entered in 3 different formats:
1. Numerical entry:
Currently set value will be shown next to the entry, when selected value will blink.
To increase value by 1 press button UP, to decrease value by 1 press button DOWN. By pressing and holding UP/DOWN buttons
value will change incrementally by 10, 100... Setting is confirmed by pressing SET button.
List entry:

Device will show available choices, value is selected by pressing UP/DOWN buttons, selection is confirmed by pressing SET
button.
Text entry:

On-screen keyboard is shown on screen, blinking cursor indicates current symbol, cursor can be moved to left by pressing UP
button, to move cursor right press DOWN button, confirm selected symbol by pressing SET button. Uppercase letters can be
toggled by moving cursor over "Shift" icon and pressing SET button. To delete last symbol, move cursor to "Delete" icon and press
SET button. To confirm text entry, move cursor to "OK" icon and press SET button.

Reset history charts of the device

Time setting
Date setting
Time zone offset from GMT/UTC standard time in hours. Please take
into account Daylight saving time (DST), as device does not account
for it.
If setting is enabled and device Wi-Fi is connected to internet enabled
router, device will automatically sync time with time servers.

Description
Tank selection
Sensor address of selected tank.
Signal strength shown in numerical, negative dB values and signal bar
Scan of sensors in the vicinity, scanning takes approximately 20
seconds.
Unit of capacity for selected tank. Some sensors can also preform
range measurements.
Capacity of the tank in selected unit. Please note that in case of range
measurement (cm, mm), this setting has no function
Set minimal and maximal level inside tank
Current measured value. Please note that value does not
necessarily represent true value, but rather coded measurement
sent by sensor!
Save current measured level as minimal value – empty tank
Save current measured level as maximal value – full tank
Manual minimal value setting – empty tank
Manual maximal value setting – full tank
Return to Settings: Tanks
Tank shape impacts capacity and percentage calculations. Please
select shape that fits your tank best when viewed from the side.
