5. Before starting the equipment

Before you connect the equipment to the mains
supply make sure that the data on the rating plate
are identical to the mains data.

5.1 Assembling the drywall sander (Fig. 2)

Take the drywall sander out of the packaging,
unfold it and secure with the locking hook (9).
Make sure that the locking hook (9) engages
correctly.
5.2 Fitting the telescopic extension (Fig. 3)
Insert the telescopic extension (4) into the lock for
the telescopic extension (3) and lock it by twisting
as shown in Fig. 3.
Note:
Adjust the drywall power sander with the
telescopic extension (4) so that you can work
with it most comfortably. Observe the „Max" mark
on the telescopic extension: This must not be
exceeded.
5.3 Connection for dust extractor (Fig. 4)
Insert the dust extractor hose (6) into the dust
extractor mount (a) and lock it by twisting as
shown in Fig. 4. Dust is extracted directly through
