Disassembly
1. Place the TV set down on the foam bars. Place
the bars at the edges of the set, so they will
support the front frame and not only the glass
plate!
2. Remove the inverter cable (1), Button cable (2), Power key cable (3)
from all PCBA. Remove LVDS cable from LCD panel (4)
3. Remove the 4Pcs M4*12 screws (5) from panel Support BKT
4. Remove the 8Pcs T4*6 screws (6) from panel BKT Lift the PCB tray
from the set. Make sure that wires and flat foils are not damaged
during the PCB tray removal.
Assembly
To re-assemble the LCD panel, execute all
processes in reverse order.
Note:
.While re-assemble, make sure that all are placed
and
And connected in their original position. See figure
"Cable dressing"
.Pay special attention not to damage the EMC foams
at the SSB shielding. Check that EMC foams are put

2. Remove the 2 screws from HDMI box TOP
3. Remove the3 screws from shielding
4. Remove the3 screws from HDMI board
