Remove the LCD panel

Make sure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the lower case" on page 29
"Remove the LCD unit" on page 46
"Remove the hinge cover" on page 49
"Remove the LCD bezel" on page 49
Step 1. Pull out two pieces of removable tape and turn over the LCD panel carefully.
