You should choose one unit to install.
CTCSS unit TSU-6
The use of the optional sub-audible tone decoder TSU-
6 allows CTCSS (Tone Mec
operation. When this op-
tion is active squelch will only open when the proper
tone is received.
Installation
1. Remove the 2 screws secur-
ing the Top cover. os
2. Carefully remove the top Ск не
cover.. (Fig.l) . SRY,
4. Attach. the cable from
„ TSU-8 unit
TSU-6 as shown in Fig. 2. Cushion, , >< аны
5. Remove the backing from
the other side of the small
cushion and attach the
TSU-6 to the transceiver as
shown.
6. Replace the cover and
tighten the screws to |

from the DRU-1 in the
transceiver as shown in
Fig. 3. Don't forget to at-
tach the TSU-6 as shown
if you are installing this
unit at the same time
(Fig. 4).
