    Additional information about this system is contained in your Intraplex multiplexer operation manual. The PT-150C transmitter module and PR-150C receiver module are designed for use in Intraplex terminal and drop/insert multiplexers. The modules enable transport of professional quality audio signals over T1, E1 (2 Mbps), and other digital communications facilities.

The SCB Address is used when the module is to be remotely controlled through the multiplexers REMOTE port.     There are two ways you can do the testing: • If you have both a PT-150C and a PR-150C in the same shelf, you can perform this test with the system out of service, by looping back the multiplexer’s high-speed output port (T1, E1, or variable rate).

    The analog audio goes through an output level control and then goes to the output amplifier. The RX LEVELS and red OVERLOAD indicators, which are calibrated the same as those on the PT-150C, monitor the digital signal sent to the digital-audio converter (DAC).

    Channel Module Installation Procedure Channel Module Installation Procedure The PT-150C transmitter and PR-150C receiver modules must be installed with a module adapter that provides full connectivity to a communication circuit. The procedure for installing the channel module into a multiplexer with a module adapter follows.
