Action / Restriction
1. Restart the system.
2. Switch the system off.
3. Disconnect the charger from the system and
socket.
4. Wait until status LED goes out.
5. Check plug contacts on the e-bike and charger
and clean if necessary.
6. Reconnect the charger to the socket.
7. Reconnect the charger to the system and start
the system.
8. If the problem persists, please contact your
specialist dealer.
