Reason of failure
Blockage of fuel filter or filter of fuel

inlet pipe connector for fuel supply
pump.
2. Incorrect pressure or poor atomization
of fuel injector.
3. Excessively abrasion of precise parts
for fuel injection pump.
4. Deformation and loose of governor
spring, disabling the engine to reach
the rated speed.
5. Air mixed in the fuel system.
Incorrect fuel supply advanced angle.

Uneven fuel supply for each cylinder.
7.
Blockage of air filter.
8.
Air valve leakage.
9.
Lack of compression pressure.

11. Wrong valve timing.
12. Leakage of fuel injector hole.
13. Loose cylinder head bolt.

4. Insufficient power

1. Clean or replacement.
Inspect fuel injector or replace fuel

injection nozzle parts.
3. Adjust fuel supply; check plunger
parts and fuel outlet valve part.
4. Adjust high-speed limit screw or
replace speed regulating spring.
5. Discharge air from the fuel system.
6. Adjust it as specified.
7. Adjust fuel supply for each cylinder.
8. Clean or replace filter element.
9. Check valve clearance, valve spring
performance, abrasion of valve tube,
sealing of valve and replace spare
parts or inspect valves if necessary.
10. Refer to section 1 and 3 of this
chapter.
