  • Page 2 1. GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save all warnings and instructions for future reference. The term “power tool” in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.

Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards. 4) Power Tool Use and Care a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
  • Page 4 6) Be careful not to allow water, wet concrete or the like to get into the tool. Do not let the tool fall into wet concrete. 7) Insert the vibrating head carefully between iron/steel frames or reinforcing rods not to come in contact with them.

  • Page 6 1) Take the tool and flexible hose out of Fig. 1 box. 2) Screw the flexible shaft inside hose to the spindle thread. (See Fig.1) 3) Screw the collar of flexible hose to the Fig. 2 gearbox housing. (See Fig.2) 4) Insert the battery to the housing of tool.
  • Page 7 3) Turn the motor on by gently squeezing Fig. 4 the switch trigger (See Fig.4). The vibrator head will start vibrating once switch on. DO NOT hit the vibrator head to solid ground. There are two holding positions of trigger. You can hold tool as comfort as Switch you can.

MAINTENANCE Before performing any inspection, maintenance or cleaning procedures, MAKE SURE the Trigger is OFF, and the battery is removed. 1) BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the Concrete Vibrator. Check for any loose screws, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation.
