8- INSTALLATION AND USAGE

8.1-MACHINE USAGE

AFTER PLACING THE BREADING UNIT IN THE WORKING AREA, LOCK THE WHEELS USING THE
LOCKING MECHANISM TO PREVENT IT FROM MOVING DURING OPERATION. BEFORE PLUGGING IN
THE PANELING UNIT, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION THAT MATCHES THE
POWER VALUES INDICATED ON THE MACHINE.
*MAKE SURE THE DISCHARGE COVER IS CLOSED AND THE SIFTED FLOUR BIN AND LUMPY FLOUR BIN
ARE IN PLACE BEFORE STARTING THE OPERATION.
1. POUR BATTER FLOUR INTO THE BATTER MILK TANK.
2. ADD WATER ACCORDING TO THE MEASURED AMOUNT YOU POURED.
3. MIX AND PREPARE YOUR BATTER MILK.
4. DIP YOUR MARINATED PRODUCT INTO THE BATTER MILK.
5. COVER ALL PRODUCTS WITH BATTER MILK.
6. REMOVE THE BATTER BASKET FROM THE BATTER MILK UNIT.
7. HANG THE BASKET ON THE BASKET HANGING ARM TO DRAIN EXCESS BATTER MILK.
8. LIFT THE DRAINED PRODUCT TO POUR IT INTO THE PANELING FLOUR.
9. POUR THE DRAINED PRODUCT INTO THE PANELING FLOUR.
10. COVER THE PRODUCTS COMPLETELY WITH PANELING FLOUR.
11. MIX THE PRODUCTS IN THE PANELING FLOUR.
12. ARRANGE THE PRODUCTS IN THE COOKING BASKET.
13. PRESS THE START BUTTON TO SIFT LUMPY FLOUR AFTER THE PANELING PROCESS IS
COMPLETED.
14. OPEN THE DISCHARGE COVER OF THE PANELING BIN.
15. DIRECT THE PANEL FLOUR TOWARDS THE SIEVE WITH THE HELP OF THE COVER.
