Installing the ink film
The included film roll will print about 28 A4-sized pages. Please purchase a full size
replacement film KX-FA55X (2 rolls). Each roll will print about 140 A4-sized pages.
The ink film is completely safe to touch, and will not rub off on your hands like carbon paper.

Listening to recorded incoming messages
When the MESSAGE light flashes,
press LM.
The new messages will be played.
When the MESSAGE light is on,
press LM.
All the messages will be played.
AUTO ANSWER OFF
Use this mode when you
receive all calls manually.
Press PQ

the right of the display.

Turn AUTO ANSWER off.
When receiving calls:
You have to answer all calls

The unit will print the set up information.
Start programming according to the printed
information (Date and time/Your logo/Your
facsimile telephone number).
OTHER HELP FUNCTION
You can print a quick reference for assistance, such
as the programming feature list, directory usage,
copier function, etc.
Press ( or ) until the item you want to print is
displayed in step 2, and press w. The unit will
start printing.
