t Listening to Messages
From the Handset
If sameone else is in the room and you want to listen to the recorded
messages privately, you can use the handset

Press | FLASH/CALL WAIT/PLAYBACK
■ The number of new messages on
the line(s) for which the answering
system is on is heard on the handset
Base unit
To listen to new messages,
press (NEW MESSAGE) briefly
To listen lo all messages, press
and hold |NEW MESSAGE] until
playback starts
FLA5H/CALL WAIT/PLAYBACK)
■ The messages will be heard on the
handset
■IREPEAT/REW). fSKIP/FF] and
(STOP/EXIT) can also be used during
playback (p 71)
When finished, press
fFLASH/CALL WAIT/PLAYBACK 1
or place the handset on the
base unit
■ You can also listen tD messages without using the basE unit See page B1
