PROBLEM CAUSE
The Machine * The machine is not level
Vibrates Or Is
Noisy
* Washing load badly distributed
* The machine is overloaded
The Outer Door * The safety device has locked it
Does Not Open
SOLUTION
* Adjust the foot (see page 9).
* The machine is in contact with the
wall or furniture
*Remember to shake out
large items (e.g. sheets)
when loading
* Run the short spinning
programme (P), reduce the
load and continue
* Wait 2 minutes after the end
of the programme before
opening the outer door.
If, after the above checks, there is still a
fault, call your local Zanussi Service
Centre, whose address and telephone
number can be found on the following
pages.
Please make sure you give the model
number and serial number of the appliance.
This information can be found on the rating
plate (see picture), or on the guarantee
certificate.
Original spare parts can be purchased from
Zanussi Service Centres.
In-guarantee customers should ensure
that the above checks have been made
as the engineer will have to make a
charge if the fault is not a mechanical or
electrical breakdown.
